Contract Details - Having a Bad Day!

Could someone please instruct me how to find all my Contract (If I have one) details? e.g. ALL inclusions in the price - time remaining if any -

This excessive heat has unfortunately knocked me sideways both physically and also negatively impacted my hearing so a phone conversation at the moment is not an option.

Any advice/info appreciated.

  • Hi BobT, mine were in an email headed "Virgin Media Order Documents" when I renewed my contract recently.

  • Generally you would log into your account via the VM website or MyVM app (but there are some network errors today with them).

  • They seem to have changed the log-ins today, but if you manage to log-in the first page of my account includes a box headed latest bill [in my case it is January's but we are talking about Virgin Media]. On the bottom right of that box is a link "view contract".
