You should get a reply from a VM forum team member here, usually within a few days.
Do you mean that you have a VM landline included in your package but you don't have a telephone plugged into the line (in which case you may be experiencing 'phantom call' charges)?
Or do you mean a VM landline is not included in your package at all, so no call charges should be possible?

i have the phone included in my package as it was a deal but i do not have a phone plugged in at all . it happened february also .

Do you get to see any of the numbers being called in the usage charges on your bill or are the charges in the below-50p category with no numbers called being shown?
Do you see any of the times of day, frequency of the calls or durations of the calls on the bill?
Phantom calls often follow certain patterns of dialling/numbers dialled which are easy to spot if any of that info is available on your bill.
Also, does your phone plug into a conventional telephone socket on the wall or is it connected to the phone socket on the back of the VM hub?
