Contact fixed price until Sept 2025 - or so I was told

As above, no price increase I was told and this pre dated the April automatic rise they all do now.

I can still view my contract on the website - clearly stating the price and that it ends in September. 

Chatting to support via WhatsApp got me nowhere other than raising a complaint. All I'm asking is my promised fixed price until my contact ends in September. 

Can someone here please assist ?
