Confirmation of Cancellation
Hello,
I used to be a customer with Virgin Media but I cancelled my services on the 14th February 2024.
I have an account with a company who send out login verification codes to my old virgin media email address, so I have lost access to the account. The other company wont change my email address on the account unless I get confirmation from Virgin that I no longer have access to my virgin media email.
I have used Virgins online chat and also phoned them up but I'm getting nowhere. One of the women I spoke to even said they can't send me an email confirming I no longer have access to all the services.
Is there anyone that can help me just get a confirmation email that all my services have now been cancelled?
