Hi, I recently cancelled my order for Virgin Media. The agent I called cancelled my order, and when I asked for an email confirming the cancellation he said he would send it. They didn't send any confirmation email for the cancellation. I was wondering if anyone has had similar issues and if there is any help I can get to resolve this.
