Complaint web chat?
Hi all. I went onto the VM website to make a complaint, and now I have a second one. Where's web chat? Impossible to find it. I'm not brilliant on the phone, so would rather be making my complain...

I'm afraid VM have form for this, their sales staff are experts at persuading and/or confusing customers into paying more than they need.

But they even make this difficult to use because they will usually only discuss the complaint with the account holder rather that a friend or relative.
