Chasing up order
Finally got around to negotiating a better deal, a couple of weeks back, after far too long paying way too much.
As part of the conversation, I'm getting a new Hub and a new TiVo box (mine is ancient).
The new Hub arrived a couple of days before Christmas, but there's no sign of the TV box.
I've tried phoning and using web-chat, but am getting no sense - and I have no orders showing at My Virgin Media.
Any suggestions? Is it just stuck in a distribution centre until the New Year, or do I need to mither VM?
