Chased for bill not due!
Right.
I'm starting to get really quite frustrated with Virgin media!!
After cancelling my account in my cooling off period after a catalogue of issues you then decided to bill me an early exit fee of nearly 700 pounds!
I have called about this early exit fee and have been assured it has been credited after a callback from a manager yesterday!
You are now sending me chaser emails advising me my bill is overdue and to make a payment! This is becoming absolutely out of hand now! If this issue is not resolved I will be contacting the regulator. On top of this, should this 'missed bill' have an adverse effect on my credit score. Virgin media will be liable
