Charged with O2 sim, But i am not received and i got charged.
Hi,
I am escalating my issue as a last resort to seek support.and escalate share my worse experience with your team.
Hope you have all my call records. Kindly check how many time I suffered to get connected to speak with your team.
Issues:
- I could not see my bills on my Dashboard (I called several time. Last call was 29/11/2024)
- I am charging for O2 sim, But still I am not any sim from O2.(pic attached)
- As per Sales person said my total package is 27.99 with O2 sim. (Pic attached)
- I canceled my DD due to wrong amount of payment
- Again you charge me for late payment .
Need your concern and give correct solution and also its giving more mental pressure.
Moreover – On 29/11/2024 – my call was picked up by one your customer service assistant Ms. Gloria. She is very rude and not professional.
