Charged for three boxes but only have two

My renewal offer is now in place and effective but an additional box has been added totalling three, I only have two.

Could the forum team look in to this for me and arrange for a third box to be sent out to me please.

  • Thanks to Nathan_B this is now resolved with a new box ordered and install scheduled

  • Engineer attended today to install the additional box. Currently Iโ€™m unable to receive any premium channels and am receiving an error code 100:70 weโ€™re currently setting up your channels.  

    Can the forum team add the entitlements to the new mini box please?
