changing password

tried to access this site via the virging media app on my android phone but it did not recognise my saved credentials from google password manager. i followed the instructions to change password but i was still unable to access my account on the site on my phone. so i got on my laptop and was prompted to change my password which i have done but i am concerned by the invalid URL message that came up on screen (see screenshot) when i was doing it.

    petersladdie. First, this community forum is not available via the My Virgin Media app so that would explain the issue.

    The URL to sign-in via a browser looks correct so not sure why you get that warning.

      Graham_A, thank you. on the app if you select help then scroll down to the very bottom, under Discover More the Ask the Virgin Media Community option takes you to the community forum website. It would be great to know if any other users can sign in from this link on their android phones
