Changing e-mail address
I am currently trying to log into my Virgin media account however I cannot remember the password and I no longer have access to the e-mail account associated with my account therefore I cannot reset my password.
I have sought advice via the help bot however it just advises me to download a name-change form which does not allow you to change e-mail address on the form.
After not having my issue resolved the chat-bot advised me to continue the conversation on whatsapp and wait for someone to contact me, however after three days I have received no response.
I have attempted to phone customer services but cannot get a response as every option to speak to customer services requires a password.
