Changed virgin contract, but old plan still showing.

Hey all

I was out of contract so yesterday i looked at the online offers and was essentially offered the same package for £20.00 a month less than i am currently paying so i accepted that. I also checked my virgin email for the first time in ages and accepted the offer of a free hub upgrade.

An order number for both was sent to me via email, however in 'my packages' it is still showing my old package pricing and i cant see the new contract at all, i cant see the order either despite having received order confirmation via email.

Is this normal? how can i check the cheaper package has been applied? i would rather leave virgin than carry on paying the current package pricing.#

    Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community. Online orders can take 10 working days to go through. I will send you a PM though to check this, purely because you've then said about a 2nd order of a Hub.
