I no longer watch TV and the telephone has been unused for out going calls for 10 + yrs.
managed to eventually talk to someone and explain my requirements, TV and phone disconnected within 24 hours. But they would not give me a price for the revised package? Was told to ring back on the 16/17th 😳.
Why is this? I am paying for tv/phone and broadband but only getting broadband, why can I not be told the cost? Any admin shed any light on this?
