Change of email
Hi,
I renewed my contract in September and asked that they change my email address on my account that I have used for the last 20-25 years from an ntlworld.com to a gmail.com email.
The contract for my renewal was sent to both.
I now log in to my VM account with my gmail, and on my profile it shows the gmail email, but when my bill is ready it still goes to my ntlworld email, not my gmail. But I have been getting service emails to my gmail (and not my ntlworld)!
Does anyone know how this can be rectified?
Or, can someone from VM please look in to this and change all future emails to my gmail?
