Can't login to my account to manage settings or view contract details

I just joined VM broadband, and registered on VM website and app. But every time I try to login I get the following error message shown :

I see other people have also reported same fault. It is pathetic that there is no email to contact VM either you do by chat or here in community forum. 

 

To VM if you can't resolve this issue within 48 hours, then I will cancel my account as I am still in the 14 day period.

    We're sorry to hear you're having issues with logging in to My VM. Can you please try refreshing the cache and cookies on your browser to see if this helps?

    Please also make sure you have no pending system or browser updates too.
