Can't log in to my account to see Bills

I have never been able to login to my virgin media account to see my bills. Every month I receive an email saying my bill virgin Media bill is ready. There is a link to sign in to my virgin media, however my email address is not recognised. If I click forgot password and request a password reset I never receive a password reset email.

When I click 'forgot your email address' and proceed to fill in my  date of birth, Account number and Area reference number.  Once I click continue I get the following message: 'No user data is found with the given details. Please Contact us for more details.'

I don't understand what is going on as you are able to send me emails to my email address saying my bill is ready however my email and account number do not seem to be recognised when I try and login to virgin media.

Please can you help. It is rather frustrating as I have been using Virgin media broadband for a number of years and I would like to access my bills.
