Can't download my current contract

I'm cancelling my contract and can't download my current contract with virgin from their website to check which date I can make my last day to disconnect.

I don't want any early disconnection fees and nor do I want to be charged for any days that are out side of the discount I was getting on my current contract. 

Can someone please help me?
