Can't change contact phone number on VM website account

I have tried several times to update my contact phone number on the VM website. It allows me to edit the info and save it but it reverts to the old number every time.

Can someone help to get this sorted please?

    Welcome to the Community Forums. 

    Sorry to hear of your concern with your contact number not being amended. 

    Do you find that if you log out of the account and back in, the change has updated at least 30 minutes after you have made the change?

      Hi,

      thanks for getting back to me.

      I change the number, save it and sign out and it reverts back to the old number no matter how long I leave it before signing in again.

        Let's take a look to see if it's changed on our side or if this is something that needs investigating further.
