Can't access VM account

Hi, Unable to login to my VM account. So, I tried resetting my password, but keep getting the following message - 'Please ensure you provide the email address you use to sign in to My Virgin Media'. Never had a problem before logging in using the @ntlworld.com.

Anyone from VM who can assist via PM, would be appreciated

    Sorry to hear these concerns about accessing your My VM 👉 virg.in/myVM account! 

    For every @ntlworld.com account you should have a non ntlworld / virginmedia / Blueyonder email address which you use to log into My VM for a second layer of security. 

    We would need to check your My VM account and email inboxes are all provisioned and set up correctly. I will do this by confirming a few details via PM and offering further support.
