Can't access "new" account

Hello, I moved house and due to a mix up by the agent didn't know that we would need a "new" account for the new property. None the less we went through the process of setting up a new account for the new house. 

The problem is that whenever I login on VM site it pulls up my old account and I can't find a way to login to my new account.

    Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Sorry for the confusion over the accounts but it's easy to sort out. It would be a new account, even if you stayed at the same property and closed your current one/opened a new one etc. I'll send you a PM now to assist further with the transferring of the online account, it takes 24 hours from when submitted to go through.
