Can't access account settings

Just got my service installed yesterday and everything works fine only problem is I can't access account settings to change anything. The page doesn't load and just hangs with the Virgin Media symbol. I've tried doing it on my phone as well (browser and official app) and that doesn't work either so it's clearly not an issue with my laptop browser.  This is rather frustrating as a new customer.

  • Hi celiamp8 thanks for posting although we're sorry to hear of your concerns raised here.

    Sorry this is still ongoing for you, this is likely because you've only just had your services installed as you mention so should recover the page soon.

    In the meantime, please try Incognito Mode on your browser to see if this helps resolve the problem.

    Sorry to hear that your VM02 online account is still not populating anything. This is unusual! 

    We will need to check everything is set up correctly at our side and then we can run through some further troubleshooting, or raise an IT ticket if needed.
