Can't access account settings

Just got my service installed yesterday and everything works fine only problem is I can't access account settings to change anything. The page doesn't load and just hangs with the Virgin Media symbol. I've tried doing it on my phone as well and that doesn't work either so it's clearly not an issue with my laptop browser.  This is rather frustrating as a new customer.

    Hello, I have the same problem here, if this is a sign of the way this is going to be, I'm within my 14 day cooling off period and I'm out

      Sorry to hear you are also having some difficulties accessing your account settings!

      Can we just clarify it's your My VM account that you are trying to access ๐Ÿ‘‰ virg.in/myVM ? Or are you trying to use the Connect App ๐Ÿ‘‰ https://virg.in/connectapp

      Can you also please let us know which settings you are trying to update and we will then do our best to help!
