Can't access account setting and manage payments

My broadband service started in early November, and everything has been working fine except I can’t access account settings. The page won’t load and shows: “Oops, looks like something's gone wrong on our side. Please try again.” This also applies to the manage payments page. Both symptoms persist in web browser and the mobile app. So, part of my virginmedia is not functional at all.

I’ve tried:

Multiple devices (laptop and phone)
Different browsers
Clearing cookies/cache
Using the mobile app

I have seen many users having this issue. Please help resolve it. Happy to provide further details if required.

    thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community Forums, sorry to hear of the issues that you are facing with your online account. In September we rolled out our Single Sign On (SSO) where customers could merge their Virgin & O2 accounts under one account and to do this they were required to re-register for an online account. Have you done this?

      I signed up in November and I did merge the two. That does not seem like the cause. So many customers have reported the same issue. Has the technical team not found a solution from these many cases?

        I signed up in October and have same issue. 

        I wonder how difficult this is to fix

      Any updates? I can not manage my account and payment settings. I paid twice for the last bill, but the extra credit does not seem to roll over to cover my current bill. There is nothing much I can do.
