Can't access account number (new customer)
I have recently joined virgin media, and have signed up for a joint broadband and mobile network deal. I have recieved an email containing the contracts as attachments. I need to contact customer services to enquire about my installation for my broadband, but I can't because I have not recieved an account number in any of my email correspondance.
I am doubtful that my installation will be complete on the specified date at this rate, as I have heard nothing from virgin or the installation team that were supposedly going to request approval from the landlord within 48hrs in a separate email (it's been 6 days). I am the landlord and have not recieved any such request.
Can someone please help me get my account number so I can contact virgin directly by phone!
