Cannot sign in to my Virgin media account For a month now .wish to complain
I have emailed the resolution team regarding this but have had no reply . This is a serious matter as people require to be able to access the account for which they are paying (often too high an amount in my case for a basic package )I have decided not to pay my bill this month until this is sorted out and will not acceprt any "late payment" charge at such time as I resume payment . I am not on 02 and don't use a mobile phone at all so the insistance that I log in as if I have consented to use 02 is not something that I wish to comply with The service is horrendous and if I cannot conplain on here I will take it further legally in the coming week Please people don't stand for this awful service and make sure we are all compensated very soon for the inconvenience and loss of a service we are paying for dearly

Not paying your bill will only hurt you. No one making decisions in VM will even notice or care.
