Cannot pay bill.

I am trying to make a payment and have been for several months. The problem is after i enter my card details and press pay another screen pops up saying "Confirm with card issuer" which simply makes no sense.

This is so badly pissing me off that i will actually not pay and switch provider due to the refusal of help. If this is not fixed within the next few days and i get more loss of service threats. You wont get your payment and ill switch provider. So dont try it with me.

    If you haven't already used it then try making a payment via the following page https://payments.virginmedia.com/epayments/notloggedinaccountdetails_ecare.jsf 

    You should also be able to make a payment via 

    https://www.virginmedia.com/help/billing-and-payment/make-a-payment 

    Also there are various recommendations  and instructions on that second link (the help page)  on other methods you can use to make payments (apart from by diret debit) such as ovr the phone by calling 0800 064 3777, by cash at a Paypoint or Post Office or in your bank, or by phone banking, or by sending a cheque.

    VM will have no hesitation in putting a default marker on your credit record if they think you owe them money.

    Sorry to hear that you're having issues making a payment at this time. 

    It sounds like the card you're using requires an approval action, much like you sometimes need to do on banking apps. 

    If you need to make a payment urgently, you can use any of our other payment methods listed here.

    Use direct debit, it's worked flawlessly during my time as a cable customer since 1998.
