I have not been able to access virgin media sites for months keep saying sent me a link do not. Even though my bank cancelled the payment and want to find out what is going on but keep getting ignored but when used link to pay them suddenly they know who I am. Very bad service to customers

Sorry to hear that you're having issues accessing our sites. Do you mean the physical website on the browser or are you referring to accessing your online account?
If this is through the browser, can you confirm what error message you receive and the URL (web address) you're using?
If this is through your online account, please can you confirm what message is showing when you try to log in?
I cannot access any virgin sites cannot view account or anything. just keeps telling me my information is incorrect.but the passwords were stored safely. I just feel totally ripped off. the company quick enough at taking cash and constantly putting prices up. Even when it was set price you put it up. very unhappy customers. I have a throat problem, so have not been able to call.
I have tried to reset password but keep being told it was sent but about 1000 times later have not received any link

Which sites are these, is it your online account or your email for example?
What error are you getting?
Is this happening on WIFI and mobile data?
What browser are you using?
Do you have pop ups allowed?
