Cannot gain access to account and partner canโt access emails
Hi, am the account holder. i have been having lots of issues for quite a while accessing my account. In fact i cant access it anymore. i have tried and and tried but it wont link my account no matter how many times. My partner can no longer access her emails as it is asking for a passsword. the password we had doesnt work anymore and we cant generate a new password for her to gain access to her personal emails. i have raised an IT ticket for the 2nd time and was supposed to get a call with 3-5 days to resolve this issue. I have not heard anything back and we are going on holiday and itโs of upmost importance my partner can get her emails. This has been ongoing a couple of months now that i cant access my account and nearly a month my partner cant get her email on her phone. We are at our wits end and disappointed we have had no communication from virgin media regarding our IT ticket.
Is anyone in the same boat as we seriously need this resolved.
