Cannot Contact By Phone

My contract is expiring and I want to discuss renewal. I cannot get through on 150 or the 0345 number. It asks for my account number and area code then says I have the wrong number and hangs up. Anyone know what's going on please? Chat is unresponsive

    Sorry to hear of the issues getting to speak to the team regarding your contract and renewal. 

     

    We aren't able to assist with package changes via the forums, you would need to give the team a call on 150 from a Virgin Media landline or 0345 454 1111 option 1, option 4 then option 4 this will get you through to the contracts team who will be able to look into this further for you.
