Cannot change virgin02 login address

I can login to my virgin O2 account using my blueyonder address but want to change it to my gmail account. When I try to change it it verifies initially then sends another verification email which when verified says email link not valid.

  • Have tried all the help. Been waiting over a week for it team to contact me, have tried 2 chats last one said would be resolved in 3 to 5 days. That was a week ago. 
    I can access my email through web mail but need a password to use email on I phone.

  • Hi Tom, I have followed the help and it doesn’t work

    What I have done is;

    1. go into security and edit and add new gmail account
    2. get verification email and verify it ok
    3. then get another email to verify 
    4. verify and get message link not valid

    i have done this several times

  • Sorry  what I want to do is change my Virgin02 login from a blueyonder address to a gmail address.

    then set up my email password to my blueyonder account so I can access on iPhone and not just using webmail.
