Cannot change my password

I cannot change my password, even the staff ( god knows with her bad English  if she's even spelt it right ) have had a go, with the same result...nothing!! 

I've had to use a 5yr+ old account to create this thread because the current one will not doing anything.

If this isn't working by late Sunday I'm going to close my account and go back to sky.

Judging from what I've seen. This is a common problem.

Please help.

    Hi hardboiled 

    Which password are you having problems changing?  My Virgin Media password, TVGo password, or VM email address password.

    What error message shows, or what happens and at what stage does the issue occur?
