Cannot access new account - Move and Transfer request
I recently moved house and did a cross franchise move.
When I log into My Virgin Media (both online and in the app) it shows my old account details from the old account number/area. I called Virgin and they advised to register using a different email address however I do not want to do this and would prefer to maintain my existing email address.
Reading other similar posts it appears that a Move and Transfer of the online account is required. Please can a member of the Forum Team contact me via PM to initiate this?
