Cancelled service not cancelled on my bill

Dear Virgin Team

On 22 March I used your web-based Virtual Assistant on Whatsapp to cancel the Kids Pick add-on ("I have now removed the kids TV package ...") but when my bill arrived today I see it's still there.

Can you investigate and confirm it's been cancelled and you will reimburse me?

    Hi Lee,

    You will probably find that you still have access to the Kids channels. The Kids Pack (channels) are on a 30-day rolling contract, so you would generally need to give 30 days notice to remove that add on.
