Cancelled my contract and received the disconnection confirmation. Now I have received a new bill.
Hi there,
I cancelled my broadband contract on time before the end date of the contract period on the 8th of December. I received the disconnection confirmation email and my last bill for £0.00, until here all was good. Now in January, I have just received a new bill for an unsolicited new contract from the 8th of December for the amount of £93.50! A contract that has never been discussed by any means, I haven't even picked up the calls from their telemarketing team.
How is this even possible? I am trying to speak with an agent but it's impossible to get through a real person. Has someone been in this situation? What's the quickest way to solve this? Thanks!
