I’ve been a loyal customer of Virgin Media for many years however I received a massive increase in cost to my package at the end of my current contract. Despite my attempts to speak with someone I received a number of package prices all different to maintain my services.
All I wanted was to speak to someone about my options but have had no real option but to cancel and move providers.
it’s very sad that a company like Virgin will not speak to their customers just once at the end of a contract. They’ve lost a good customer and I’m sure it’s a recurring theme ?
