Cancellation

I’ve been a loyal customer of Virgin Media for many years however I received a massive increase in cost to my package at the end of my current contract. Despite my attempts to speak with someone I received a number of package prices all different to maintain my services. 

All I wanted was to speak to someone about my options but have had no real option but to cancel and move providers. 

it’s very sad that a company like Virgin will not speak to their customers just once at the end of a contract. They’ve lost a good customer and I’m sure it’s a recurring theme ?

    If you have your Marketing preferences set to allow phone calls, you may (or may not) get a last minute call from Retentions with an offer.  Other than that, yes vote with your feet, loyalty to a Company does not pay your bills.  You can always return as a "new" customer when the next ISP is up for renewal.

      Appreciate your message but to be treated badly and then have to wait for a retentions person to try and recover the situation at the “death” doesn’t sound like a customer friendly business approach to me. I would had readily continued with my package had I been given a chance.

    Unfortunately we don't deal with renewals via the Forums but if you speak to our Retentions team on 0345 454 1111, they can go through any other suitable offers with you.

  • Too late I’ve accepted the cancellation! I don’t want to be a customer of a company that treats its customers that way
