Cancellation - not received confirmation
Hi, I recently cancelled my virgin media services on 10th April. Should I receive a confirmation email because I haven't had one yet. I have the transcript of the conversation because I used online chat. All the termination dates and return of equipment info is in there. But like I say no email, is this normal?
