Cancel viaplay

Hi how do I cancel viaplay. No option on app or web. I called customer service and snaked for it to be done, they said it was but still there and getting charged..

    Was it Virgin you spoke to or Viaplay.

    If you have a Viaplay account you should have a login and password so you should be able to follow the instructions here I would have thought, I don't have Viaplay so don't know how it works with Virgin.

    If you subscribe to Viaplay through your VM account, then it's VM you need to speak to - not Viaplay, assuming that's who you called.

    Viaplay channels are just like any other premium channel on VM, they require 30days notice to cancel - so if you've given notice today, they would be removed (and charges stop) on or around Jan 3rd.
