Cancel TNT subscription

Hi I am trying to cancel my TNT subscription but seam to be getting nowhere fast.  Can anyone help / advise.

    In theory, you should be able to ring them and say 'remove TNT'.

    They don't make downgrades easy for profitability reasons (!) I.e. can't be online. Upgrades though, no problem, click a button....
