Hi ant18tonia,
Thank you for your post and welcome to the community.
We're very sorry to hear you're having issues with cancelling an add on.
To confirm, is this part of a stream box?

the 30 day rolling add ons , seems its deliberately difficult to cancel an add on , you can simple add an add on on the online account or even on the tv and when it comes to cancelling the 30 day add on its made as difficult as possible

They wont allow the removal of services online . Upgrades/paying more, no problem , a click of a button. Its a profitability thing....
Ringing up is the only way to remove services , and then they"ll want 30 days notice. They dont want downgrades made easy.

many thanks Mr_k , yes they like to annoy happy customers and make them unhappy , when you have a 30 day rolling add on and they say you can cancel but make you spend 30 minutes - 1 hour doing it on the phone being messed around

it takes 1 second to click add on and 30 minutes to 1 hour to call and jump through hoops like a monkey to remove , sort yourselves out virgin media

Sorry to hear you feel this way ant18tonia
If this is an add-on with the Stream or Flex services, then you can cancel this via your online account. Steps on how to do this can be found here.
There is a 30-day disconnection notice, which you'll see as the status says pending removal once a cancellation has been requested.
Please let us know if you are having any further issues or have any questions at all. We'll be here to help on the Community Forums if needed.
