Can only access main email address on VirginO2 ID

Hi All

I went to my usual page this morning to check my emails and found I have to re-register with VirginO2. I finally managed to do that, but I can only access the master email address and none of the additional addresses. The email page gives me the option to add addresses, but the passwords I know do not work, neither the new VirginO2 ID address, nor the one I used before. There is no option for resetting passwords. Has anyone else come across this? How do I solve it?

    Thanks for your post and welcome to our community.

    We're sorry to hear you're unable to access your secondary email accounts. 

    If you sign into your online account here you should be able to find options for password changes under the account settings tab. If prompted, use a third-party email address for verification and to generate a new app password.

      I'm sorry, that is not helping at all. I can only find a place to change the main password.

      I log into my Virgin account in a browser using my VirginO2 ID, then click on email. It takes me to the email page, but only one email address is visible. I need to access my secondary accounts, so I click on "add email account". I am asked for email address and password. Having entered one of the email addresses that I want access, I try my VirginO2 password, but that does not work. I try the password that I previously used when I had a single login for all accounts (using a gmail account as requested by Virgin) That doesn't work either. What password do I need? Surely not the passwords I used to use for individual email accounts - they are long gone from my memory and records.

      I simply get a message that my password is incorrect without any option to reset! It's as if those accounts have disappeared.
