Can only access main email address on VirginO2 ID
Hi All
I went to my usual page this morning to check my emails and found I have to re-register with VirginO2. I finally managed to do that, but I can only access the master email address and none of the additional addresses. The email page gives me the option to add addresses, but the passwords I know do not work, neither the new VirginO2 ID address, nor the one I used before. There is no option for resetting passwords. Has anyone else come across this? How do I solve it?
