What happens if you select the "I can't remember my password" option.

Sorry to hear you are having some difficulties updating your password.
Have you tried the 'Forgotten password' option as suggested by other members of the community? It's a link at the bottom of the sign in section ๐ virg.in/myVM
If that doesn't work, i'd recommend giving the team a call on ๐Call: 150 (free of charge) from a Virgin Media landline or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone - as sadly we can't change your password via our digital support channels.
