I can not log in to my virgin media account
I am 100% using the correct email I have checked with the forgot email link
it just sends me to a page saying sorry something went wrong please try again
I can’t log in on the app either
I also have this issue, need to check my bill and cant get in.
Tried on my pc and on the app. Same "sorry something went wrong" message.
Same I have tried on 2 phones, laptop and the app on my phone and no luck
