Can’t find area code.

Hi. I am trying to register my account to view my bills but I was not given an area code when my  broadband was installed. 

my postcode is YO12 4AW

    Welcome back to our forums and sorry to hear you are having issues when trying to register your account. Generally, you can find your area code in your contract documentation.
