Can’t access email address on account

Hi, I was trying to link my virgin media account and create Virgin media O2 account, unfortunately it has an old email address registered to my virgin media account that I no longer have access to, step-son stupidly deleted it on Microsoft account and I lost it forever, thus when I try to use my new email it wants to send a email to my old email address first so I can change to the new email address, because of this it now  just sends me around in circles now and I can’t even sign in to just my virgin media account anymore as it send me to the screen below, I now have no access to anything, I do recieve emails from virgin media to my new email account but as for logging in I’m stuck, any way I can get access without having to get an email sent to my old email address

    NeilCoulson​  The VM Forum Team have recently stated that they do not have access to change the email address in such situations.  You will need to call 0345 454 1111 or 150 for a VM landline to get it changed.
