Broadband help

Hi, I have the Hub 3 I’ve had it since may it started out alright but now it never seems to work! My computer is at the bottom of the stairs which sometimes will work other times it doesn’t, my bedroom is opposite the living room where my hub is but again sometimes it will work other times it won’t and the wifi will cut out constantly, I can’t get wifi in my daughters bedroom upstairs nor in my sons room which is downstairs, every time I do speed tests it tells me the speeds are super fast and everything is working fine yet I can struggle to open an email sat beside the hub!! Can anyone please help I don’t know what to try? Or if it’s the actual hub that doesn’t work??

    In our home there is zero chance that one VM Hub or one Wi-Fi Router of any make could be expected to cover the entire property.

    We have a Hub 3 in Router mode,  plus we have a two Wi-Fi Access Points, with Wi-Fi being available from 3 points in the house we have good coverage of all the downstairs and all the upstairs rooms + into the garage.

    Sometimes the answer is the most obvious one, invest in a suitable Wi-Fi system to fit your needs.

      Ok thanks for your reply , I’ve had many different broadband providers previously and have always had internet using one standard hub throughout the house, I didn’t realise I would only get internet in one room using virgin.
