Broadband bill overcharge

Hi,

 

My 18 month broadband deal ended in November and before it did I changed to the monthly social tariff. Now I am being charged nearly 3 x more than I should be and I cannot get hold of an agent on live chat.

 

Can anyone help?

    Did you receive the contract for the social media tariff and consent to the changes?
