Black Friday Deal

I was offered an upgrade online via My Account. I currently pay £52 a month for TV and broadband 350.

The offer I received was TV, broadband and Sport for £55 

Received confirmation today advising a price of £155

Spent the night on the phone via text to virgin helpline and was offered my previous package for £63 but they were unable to process due to an issue and was advised to contact them again tomorrow.

Anyone else not receiving the package advertised at the advertised price?
