Black Friday deal disaster
I recently upgraded to a Black Friday deal that was to include an increase in broadband speed, Sky Sports, keep my TV and anytime call package and an additional box. After contacting customer service to enquire why my additional box hadn't arrived, they told me its not included, despite me having the contract details in front of me.
Felt I had no option other than cancel, trying to get someone to understand me was difficult, all I wanted was to remove the deal and go back to my old deal, nope not that simple! Have to cancel my services and rejoin after 31 days, so I have had enough and turning my back on VM.
Why does it always have to be so difficult to deal with this company? and yes I have worked with VM in the past but it seems to have gone down in my estimations.
