Billing

Phoned Virgin as being overcharged for broadband and had Homeworks added after broadband disconnected and told no issue in my area so engineer visit required which I needed fast and homeworks gives next day visit. Minutes after call discovered there was a massive outage in my area due to a damaged cable and fault was not in home. Called Virgin to remove Homeworks and given credit to cover the month cost but bills still not correct!
